Never grain-fed. Our cattle are pasture-finished on open Southern grazing lands from birth to harvest — no feedlots, no synthetic inputs.
Red Clay Beef Company is rooted in land stewardship and regenerative grazing. Our work is simple: leave the land better than we found it, and let the beef be the byproduct. By keeping cattle moving across living pasture, we build deep roots in the soil and strong roots in our local food system. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished — harvested from microbe-rich, living soils and fresh forage, producing a cleaner, more nutrient-dense beef product.
Veteran-led and 100% grass-fed, we bring together service veterans who raise beef the right way: pasture-finished, never grain-fed, and managed without synthetic inputs. Rooted in stewardship and accountability, we are committed to restoring and sustaining America's grazing lands through rigorous rotational grazing practices. We deliver nutrient-dense beef under strict standards while building a simple, resilient grass-beef supply chain across the Southern U.S.
“All flesh is grass.”
There are two ways to buy. Reserve a Whole or Half beef in the package style that fits your kitchen — The Potlicker, The Steakman, The Couples Cut, or The Busy Beef — or pick a ready-to-go box at a fixed packed weight and a fixed price: The Bulldogger, The Roper, The Farmhouse 60, or The Farmhouse 25.
Open your choice to see the full inventory, then fill in your name, contact info, and delivery address, and submit with your access code. We confirm your spot within 24 hours. Wholes & halves: we send a $250 deposit invoice that secures your share and locks in your price per pound. Boxes: nothing due yet — your reservation is simply confirmed.
Wholes & halves: once your beef is harvested and processed, your final price is calculated on the actual hanging weight, and your final Square invoice arrives at delivery with your $250 deposit applied. Boxes: your box total is invoiced on the day it ships — FedEx cold-pack to your door, or our freezer van for 60 lb boxes in Georgia and Alabama. Either way, delivery comes straight to your door at no added cost.
A $250 deposit reserves your whole or half beef and locks in your price per pound. Your deposit is applied to your final balance, which is calculated on actual hanging weight and invoiced at delivery.
No deposit on boxes. Your box total is invoiced on your ship date — the day your box leaves on the FedEx truck or our freezer van. The packed-weight price shown is exactly what you pay.
When your beef is ready, we bring it to you. No driving to a processor, no coordinating pickup — we deliver your order directly to your home, fully packaged and ready for the freezer. Wholes, halves, and our 60 lb boxes are hand-delivered by our team anywhere in Georgia and Alabama; smaller boxes ship frozen via insulated carrier throughout the Southeast — Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. Delivery is built into the price. There are no added fees, no surprises.
